GME Leadership Impact Award

While leading continuous improvement and innovation within their residency or fellowship programs, Program Directors and Associate Program Directors often extend their impact through contributions beyond Iowa. This award provides the opportunity for us to recognize the important impact of those who have made significant contributions that advance graduate medical education.

Marygrace Elson, MD, MME

Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology

“In my interactions with Dr. Elson she has impressed me with her passion for residency education and her willingness to serve in an exemplary manner at the local, regional and national level in multiple educational environments. She is a true dynamo who knows how to get tasks completed.”
