Medicaid DUR seeks physician feedback

The Iowa Medicaid Drug Utilization Review (DUR) Commission is seeking physician feedback on proposed changes to clinical prior authorization criteria. The proposed changes affect the following:
- Buprenorphine (Suboxone®)
- Mifepristone (Korlym®)
