Pharmacy Board to hold medical marijuana hearings

August 18, 2009

The Iowa Board of Pharmacy will be holding "Medical Marijuana Hearings" to receive evidence and testimony regarding the pros and cons of medical marijuana from a scientific, medical and legal perspective. The first hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 19, in Des Moines.

Subsequent hearings will be held in Mason City, Iowa City, and Council Bluffs.
