A 17-member Board of Directors is comprised of six district directors, six at-large directors and three officers (president, president-elect and immediate past president).The board meets five times each year to implement House of Delegates policy, accept and act on policy resolutions and interact with internal and external stakeholders. District directors are elected from each of six districts.
The Executive Committee is comprised of five Board officers who oversee operations and finances. The committee includes the president, president-elect, immediate past president, chair and secretary/treasurer.
