DUR seeks physician feedback

The Iowa Medicaid Drug Utilization Review Commission (DUR) recently recommended Medicaid clinical prior authorization criteria changes. The DUR seeks physician feedback on changes for:
- guanfacine extended-release;
- biologicals for ankylosing spondylitis;
- biologicals for inflammatory bowel disease;
- biologicals for plaque psoriasis;
- lidocaine patch; and
- ProDUR quantity limits for Seroquel®.
